The intention of the customer was to replace the roof structure, however, without the renovation or reconstruction of the original wooden porch of the building - built around 1904 - the roof structure could not be replaced. Therefore, it was necessary to prepare a valuation documentation for the porch of the Swiss Villa. The documentation consists of two parts, Part I contains the data and description of the building, the construction history of the building, the proposals for further research, then a summary assessment and a preliminary expert recommendation on the preservation and maintenance of the protected value. Part II includes photographs taken during the work, which are essential for the verification and interpretation of what is described in the textual part of the documentation.
