Related to the expansion works of an apartment in this 125-year-old building, our office made a renovation plan for the inner facade. A unique feature of the place is two studio apartments, with Károly Ferenczy and László Mednyánszky among their former tenants. After surveying the values of the locally listed property, a complete technical documentation was prepared, which emphasizes the restoration of as many original elements as possible, especially the harmonization of the doors and windows by the original colours.
