Documentation of heritage protection for the renovation of the eclectic-Art Noveau facade of an apartment building, originally consisting of two units, today a separate block. Most of the ornaments perished in World War II, the rest, except for a pair of stone lions, was smashed down in the 70s. Recently when a few balcony edges got off, a complete renovation plan became necessary, in which we proposed the applicable colours and materials based on the local Design Code (TAK).
